I moved to California in 1969 and have lived in the Pasadena area ever since. I went through nurses training at Pasadena City College and graduated in 1972. I had a bad marriage that ended in 1983. Shortly after, I met my husband. We are both nurses. I spent much of my career working in the psychiatric field. I have been a nurse in an elementary school for 11 years. My husband works as a nurse for Los Angeles County. He currently works at Men's Central Jail. I am an avid gardener and have turned our property into an urban farm. We have a vegetable garden, about 25 fruit trees and chickens. I am a Master Gardener as well as a Master Food Preserver. My husband's hobby is geocaching. We enjoy hiking.

We retired to Longview, Washington in 2017. We are now Pacific Northwesterners :-)

San Luis Obispo....don't know you remember Diane Thomas (Frazer). She graduated from Marshall in 1966. She also lives there. She moved to CA in 1968 and I joined her in 1969. I've been in the LA area ever since. I remember both of your names...but not much else. This will be the first reunion I attend. Will you be there?

So sorry for your loss. I know your pain. We also lost our 15 year old. 4 years ago after a years hospitalization at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
