Comments:

I have been out of touch with the class of 1964 since 2007 when Carol Churney last contacted me. I forgot to update my e-mail with her and sort of lost touch. It is exciting to me that this is the 50 yrs. Anniversary of the June graduating Class of '64. I would love to attend the Class re-union. I married Joe Maurin in 1966. He is re-married now and we are all good friends. I worked in health care from 1964- 2012 at various Hospitals and nursing homes in several different capacities. I worked at St. Michael Hospital from 1974 -2005, 31 most enjoyable years. I never re-married so have been single since 1970. I have 8 GRANDS' I am a proud GRANDY!

School Story:

I was very serious in school. The most fun group I belonged to was Mrs. Dennis' Drama Class. We had a lot of fun and it lead to me becoming extroverted. I did have a small part in the play OUR TOWN and remember how heart wrenching it was to do the graveyard scene the day we learned President Kennedy had been shot. I vaguely remember some SCANDAL around the Cheerleaders jumping into the pool and how they were clothed or not clothed is still a controversy. I enjoyed John Marshall High. I was not looking forward to moving on and leaving the good friends I made there.

Janet Isbrandt Behling and I walked to school together each day. She was Maid of Honor in our wedding. We saw her and Jim a few times many years later but then lost touch. I am so sorry to hear of her death. I am shocked really. She was kind and smart and giving. That is how I will always remember her. Rest in Peace Janet and may your Family have peace and comfort as they carry on without her there. May the healing light of the Universe comfort you all. Namaste. Judy Kramer- Maurin class of 1964
